ThermiVa creates collagen. Collagen is a protein that makes your skin firm and elastic. The natural ageing process can diminish collagen. When the skin has less collagen, it can lose it’s youthful appearance. By using radiofrequency energy, skin is heated to stimulate and rebuild your body’s own collagen, naturally. Treatments using radiofrequency technology are widely used in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

ThermiVa provides a long list of benefits over the course of treatments, including the reduction of mild stress incontinence, increased blood flow, increased nerve supply, increased sensation, and increased moisture in the area. Visible results are noticeable immediately following initial treatment, as are functional results, though these develop over the course of three sessions.

Unlike its surgical counterparts, ThermiVa is almost entirely pain free and is suitable for use on patients who have had children or plan to have them in the future. The temperature of the device is patient controlled to ensure minimum discomfort throughout.

The treatment tightens the Labia minora and Labia majora (Inner and Outer Vagina). Results can be seen and felt immediately after the first treatment and continue to improve for 2 weeks following.
Who is it suitable for?
The ideal candidate for this treatment is someone who may have loosening of vaginal tissue, reduced sexual satisfaction or libido, and leakage problems, caused by childbirth or natural ageing.
The treatment is NOT suitable for a candidate with a copper coil or metal implants.
How many sessions will I need?
The standard course is 3 treatments over 3 months, lasting around 30 minutes each.
